Shaping EBO is an ongoing initiative focused on shaping the future direction and impact of Enterprising Black Orlando. Through community engagement, stakeholder input, and strategic planning, shaping EBO ensures that our initiatives are responsive to the needs and aspirations of Central Florida's Black and marginalized communities. At Enterprising Black Orlando (EBO), we are dedicated to fostering economic empowerment and community development through strategic initiatives and collaborations. Our approach involves convening diverse stakeholders, forming impactful partnerships, and advocating for policy changes to drive systemic transformation and create lasting economic mobility for Black and marginalized communities in Central Florida.​
