Orlando’s Black business community has no shortage of talent, ambition, or vision. What’s been missing is the connective tissue – a shared ecosystem that aligns leadership, resources, and strategy across the city.
Fragmentation doesn’t just affect businesses – it affects entire communities.
But when businesses are supported to grow, remain rooted, and build ownership in place, the impact multiplies:
Enterprising Black Orlando serves as a community quarterback, working alongside community to align organizations, data, policy and leaders into a shared ecosystem designed for long-term economic mobility.
We believe sustainable impact requires alignment.
We create open pathways for collaboration across sectors, institutions, and backgrounds, ensuring the ecosystem reflects the full community.
We concentrate on structural gaps where barriers persist and opportunities for coordinated impact are the strongest.
We prioritize measurable ecosystem shifts – capital access, survivability, coordination and business growth.
Solutions are built alongside those most impacted, honoring lived experience and long-term stewardship.
Together, we transform fragmented efforts into coordinated ecosystem power that drives shared prosperity.
We pair lived experience with shared data to inform smarter decisions and strengthen accountability across the ecosystem.
These numbers surface opportunities for stronger alignment fueling coordinated, ecosystem-wide growth.
Whether you’re a business owner, funder, policymaker, or community
member there’s a place for you in this ecosystem.
