About Enterprising Black Orlando (EBO)

Enterprising Black Orlando (EBO) is a dynamic initiative dedicated to fueling economic empowerment and fostering community resilience within Central Florida’s Black communities. Founded on the belief that Black-owned businesses and Black-led nonprofits are essential drivers of social and economic progress, EBO is committed to building bridges and breaking down barriers to create a more equitable and inclusive Orlando.

Our Background:

EBO was born out of a collective desire to address the persistent racial wealth divide in Central Florida. Recognizing the untapped potential and resilience within Black communities, our founders came together to establish an organization focused on empowering Black-owned businesses and Black-led nonprofits to thrive and drive sustainable change.
