Why We Started
Enterprising Black Orlando was created to confront the deep-rooted wealth gaps in Central Florida by tapping into the full brilliance of our communities. We’ve always had the ideas, the strategy, and the hustle—but too often, our assets go overlooked and under-resourced.
EBO was born from a collective belief that our communities deserve more—and that with the right tools, support, and connections, we can build something greater. By aligning our strengths and sharing what works, we’re creating a future where Black-led innovation drives inclusive economic growth for everyone.
